We believe strongly that wellness is so much more than the absence of illness. It is a combination of  many things that work for each individual.  At Active in Redbourn we are attempting to offer you topics that can all contribute to your wellness, enabling you to dip in and out of them when it suits you. 

In this time of change, it seems that simplicity, flexibility and embracing the opportunities of change are vital.  
Through this wellbeing section you can learn new skills to reduce anxiety, still your busy brain, discover the person you want to be and above all have fun moving forward.  This section is about the skills you can develop for yourself, we have another section, low-impact exercises, where you can learn the physical skills to compliment your well being journey.

Low Impact Activities

Several pages also mention the programmes offered by New Leaf College, one of the national Recovery colleges offering free courses to local residents. All courses are currently on-line and range from 2 hours to 3 sessions of 2 hours each.  Several members of Active in Redbourn have joined their courses and you will see their feedback.
