that can help you recall experiences from the past and imagine things in the future.\u00a0 Our brain doesn\u2019t distinguish between real and imaginary.\u00a0<\/p><p>We can play a situation over and over again in our mind and it will become real for our brain.\u00a0 Like this we can make our experiences and future goals better or worse.\u00a0<\/p><p>The more we repeat the visualisation the clearer it becomes.\u00a0 We do like to be right so whether you think you can or you think you can\u2019t do something you will probably be right.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element positive mental images about the future, calling upon our imagination to shape success.<\/p>\n<p>Visualization is commonly used by athletes to help in their performance, so that they can picture success and therefore have the confidence to&nbsp;win, for example visualising the perfect golf swing and trajectory of the ball.<\/p>\n<p>For those who are less able and recovering from inactivity or health challenges, visualisation is invaluable.
